The service was exceptional, everyone from the doorman to the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. The location was ideal for exploring Chicago, being just a couple of blocks off Michigan Ave. The dining options were convenient, although could have been improved. Overall, a lovely experience with a few minor areas for enhancement.
